To Our International Customers (2019 Update)

Hey there Diggers!

In the past, we've had a couple blogs explaining about our international shipping policy and who we used (Webinterpret), however we are no longer using their service for international shipping.

We use United State Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail.

We have heard from a few customers about smaller items such as the Model 31c and the Model 85 being delivered to doorsteps without issue, however it always depends on your country's policies. 

However, for our larger shovels (such as the Model 35 and the Model 65), they are always held at your country's customs. We have no way to prevent this nor do we have a way to add the duty fees to our costs as of yet. If we can figure out how to do this, then we will update again about it.

Until that point, Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties to be paid to your destination country. Customs fees are subject to your country's policy and are paid for by you, the buyer. Please take that into consideration when ordering from our website.
